Authentic Care offers Short Term Accommodation (STA) to NDIS participants who need temporary support away from their usual home. Whether it’s a planned short break, respite care, or a chance to try a new environment, our STA service provides a safe, comfortable and fully supported place to stay.

With 24-hour support, meals, transport and care included, STA is more than just accommodation, it’s an opportunity to recharge, connect with others and gain more independence in a different setting.

Whether you’re looking for a change of scenery, a chance to make new friends, or time away while your
carers take a break, we’ll support you to have a meaningful and enjoyable stay. You can choose to book STA
during weekdays, weekends or holiday periods and we’ll work with you to plan a stay that suits your goals and lifestyle.

We would love the opportunity to discuss how we can help you live the life you want. There are no restrictions in eligibility to engage Authentic Care for Personal Support Services.

NDIS Fees and Funding

All our services are delivered in line with the NDIS pricing schedule. The fees depend on the services and supports you require and reflect those allocated by the NDIS. Authentic Care will negotiate an individual agreement that is unique and tailored to meet your specific needs. Want to know more?
