Our team will work with you to determine what level of overnight care is appropriate for your needs and goals, whether that includes respite for family carers or maintaining your current support arrangements.

Overnight care can support a range of needs, including:

Personal Care -
Showering, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

Toileting & Continence Management -Assistance with safe and respectful toileting routines

Mobility Support – Help with getting in and out of bed, using mobility aids or moving safely around your home

Assistive Exercise – Supporting your physical goals through safe, guided activities

Meal Assistance – Help with preparing, serving or eating meals

Medication Reminders – Prompts and support with health routines

One-on-One Support – Individualised companionship and encouragement throughout your day

Eligibility

We would love the opportunity to discuss how we can help you live the life you want. There are no restrictions in eligibility to engage Authentic Care for Personal Support Services.

NDIS Fees and Funding

All our services are delivered in line with the NDIS pricing schedule. The fees depend on the services and supports you require and reflect those allocated by the NDIS. Authentic Care will negotiate an individual agreement that is unique and tailored to meet your specific needs. Want to know more?
