About Us

Welcome to Authentic Care!

Andria and the team at Authentic Care have been working with NDIS participants since 2020.  During the height of the pandemic was when it became noticeable that NDIS participants in our area had a lack in options when it came to great personal support and care. Here at Authentic Care we love assisting our clients in accessing the community for vocational, recreational or educational purposes.

Visits to the park, shopping, movies, library, museum, live concert or event we can transport and assist you as needed.
We can also provide support in building every day skills to build up confidence and become more independent.

Our focus is to ensure continuity of care, with dignity and respect to all people who choose to work with us.  We take great care and pride in working with our participants and their families to reach their personal and NDIS goals.  This is our contribution to our local community and we will continue to do so as a registered NDIS provider as soon as our registration is accepted in 2022.

Our Quality Care

Severe weather has affected us greatly here in the Lockyer area. To find out if you are eligible for additional assistance during this time check out the NDIS.

Our primary aim is to provide personal support and community access to NDIS participants from the Ipswich to Toowoomba areas. We pride ourselves on delivering quality care in a consistent manner.  We are currently waiting on our NDIS registration to be accepted and can’t wait for this to happen.

Meet our Owner

From about 14 years of age, I found myself drawn to looking after and caring for my grandmother who was ageing, and a suffered from a bad heart. Caring and supporting people who need a little extra help in life is what I’ve always been naturally drawn to.

I got an opportunity in 2020 to do some domestic work with a business who had clients who lived with disabilities, and an opportunity arose for me to get a qualification in order to do something that comes so naturally to me as a person.

Being a mother, you do this kind of thing automatically. But for me, it is the very core of my nature. So I started my business shortly after that as I was just so motivated and passionate about being able to help my community. I find myself immensely proud that I can support and bring that authenticity to looking after others in my community. And I am very passionate about growing a strong business looking after those individuals who live with disabilities.

Every one deserves to live a full life, and we here at Authentic Care put a very big focus on helping our participants to meet their goals, in order for them to live the life that they not only deserve, but truly want to live in order to be happy individuals.
