Who Is SDA For?

SDA is intended for participants with:
  • Very high support needs
  • Extreme functional impairments
  • Eligibility for SDA funding under their NDIS plan

NDIS Fees and Funding

All our services are delivered in line with the NDIS pricing schedule. The fees depend on the services and supports you require and reflect those allocated by the NDIS. Authentic Care will negotiate an individual agreement that is unique and tailored to meet your specific needs.
