At Authentic Care, we deliver NDIS services that are personal, flexible and truly participant-centred. Whether you’re seeking support at home, out in the community, or overnight, our team is here to help you live as independently and confidently as possible. Our NDIS Services

Personal Support

Support with everyday tasks to help you live safely and confidently at home and in the community. We provide personal care (hygiene, dressing, eating), domestic assistance (cleaning, cooking, laundry) medication reminders, and emotional encouragement all with dignity and respect.

Domestic Cleaning

Keeping your home safe, clean and comfortable. Our domestic support includes general cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping), kitchen and bathroom sanitation, laundry, dishwashing, window cleaning and more tailored to your needs and routine.

Overnight Care

We offer both active and inactive overnight support. Whether you need help with toileting, safety monitoring, medication or reassurance during the night, our qualified staff are there to make sure you’re comfortable and cared for.

Community Access

Whether it’s going to a class, shopping, attending a concert or visiting the library, we support you to participate fully in your community. Our team helps you access education, recreation, transport, volunteering and employment opportunities with confidence.

Social Support

From building friendships to attending events and simply having a chat, we help you stay connected. Our team provides companionship and assists with social participation so you feel supported, included and emotionally well.

Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA)

Short Term Accommodation (STA)
